Change

Aspire have recently completed the reconfiguration and extension of a property located in Kentish Town, North London. Our client requested a large top-lit extension to the rear of the property housing a new open plan kitchen-diner with re-landscaped garden beyond.

Stroud

Tricorn House is a refurbishment and extension of a large 1970s office block to create 40 units within the existing building and 3 penthouse apartments within the proposed extension to the roof. Situated in a suburban built up area, the building has been disused for decades and has fallen into disrepair and victim to vandalism.

Rolls

The Rolls Buildings is an exclusive development, located close to the centre of the historic town of Monmouth, which showcases an exciting blend of modern and traditional features.

Vision

The project consists of a total internal refurbishment, rear extension and conversion of a 1-bed to a 2-bed flat. The new layout sees a reconfiguration of the front garden to allow a sunken forecourt with a seating area to the front of the house. Internally, two double bedrooms to the rear and front of the house are separated by a centrally located shower room.

Space.

A big, family sized house in the countryside

Aspire was appointed to design a new four-bedroom detached family home with double garage with office accommodation on the first floor of the garage. The site for the new family dwelling is located opposite and adjacent to other family members’ houses.

Uplift

The new design of this two-bedroom apartment sees a drastic change from its original spine-like plan with the main communal areas now taking a centre stage.
